**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in **Microsoft Copilot-based bot development**, **Azure Cognitive Services**, and frameworks like **Microsoft Bot Framework** and **Semantic Kernel**.
- Strong background in **Natural Language Processing (NLP)**, **Natural Language Understanding (NLU)**, **Conversational AI**, and **Machine Learning (ML)**.
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD tools** like Git, Jenkins, etc.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** development environments.
- Proficient in **web services integration**.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex distributed systems using **Microsoft Azure** and **Power Platform**.
- Ability to translate **business requirements into technical solutions**.
- **Good to Have**:
▸ Experience with **Azure ML** and **AI concepts**
▸ Proficiency in **Python**, **NodeJS**, or **C#**
▸ Familiarity with **Terraform scripts** for automated deployments
▸ Prior exposure to **Agile/Scrum methodologies**
