**Role Overview**:
This position is the primary HR interface and focal point for employees who are relocating to either a domestic or an international assignment location. Provides a broad range of HR services related to the end-to-end Bechtel Global Mobility Center (BGMC) functions.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Maintain frequent communication with transferring employees, explain relocation policies, and offer support and advice during the process.
- Prepare assignment documentation, including offer letters, recitals and expected take-home pay calculations.
- Manage the collection of applicable documents and submittals as appropriate.
- Coordinate service providers for household effects shipments, pre-assignment medical exams, tax services and others, as needed.
- Coordinate travel details and notifications to projects or receiving organizations.
- Monitors the entire process and continuously updates mobility management software with the appropriate data.
- Follow up and resolve employee queries.
- Interface with other teams, including Expatriate Tax, HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Expense Management, etc.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS applica ons, e.g., Word, Excel, Teams
- Demonstrated ability to effec vely manage high volume workload, with focus on data integrity
- Must have the legal right to work in India without visa sponsorship
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and / or late evening shifts and / or night shifts as catering to US, European and APMEA geographies.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years Human Resource Generalist experience
- Prior Global Mobility experience
- Basic knowledge of international relocation concepts and expatriate compensation on components
- Prior experience with Service Now and/or SAP software systems
