Assist the Senior Salesperson in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
- Provide support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in client meetings alongside the Senior Salesperson to understand client needs and requirements.
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships by providing timely and accurate information.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide basic information about the agency's services.
- Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends to contribute valuable insights.
- Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics to assist in strategic positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and qualify leads.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts through proactive outreach and networking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis for review by the Senior Salesperson and Sales Director.

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from the Senior Salesperson.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
