**Job Opportunity: Community Health Trainer**
**Location**: Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Adolescent Counseling & Health Education**:

- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions on topics including reproductive health, sexual health, mental health, substance abuse, nutrition, and general well-being.
- Conduct interactive educational sessions for adolescents on hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Address psychosocial challenges and encourage positive behavioral changes among youth.

**Community Outreach**:

- Collaborate with local communities to promote awareness around adolescent health issues.
- Organize and support community-based initiatives such as health camps, school-based programs, and youth empowerment activities.
- Mobilize youth participation in counseling sessions and health-related events.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree (with minimum 55% marks) from a recognized institution in one of the following:

- M.S.W. (Master of Social Work)
- M.A. (Psychology)
- M.A. (Sociology)
- M.Sc. (Rural Development)

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in computer science/information management.
- Expertise in data entry, designing reports, and statistical analysis.
- Mandatory proficiency in MS Excel and online reporting platforms.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of recent (within last 3 years) work experience in government or non-government organizations.
- Prior experience in reporting on government health schemes.
- Internships or short-term projects will **not** be considered.

**Local Residency Requirement**:

- Attested mark sheet of qualifying degree.
- Valid experience certificate(s).
- Permanent residency certificate of Madhya Pradesh.
