**Summary**:We are looking out to hire R&D Junior Scientist or R&D Associate Level-II (2 FTE) who can look after Product Development and V&V, Person to Oversee Production - Technical Operations. with minimum 2 years of IVD experience
- Conduct research and development based on analytical thinking and market understanding.
- Follow SOPs and work instructions to perform biochemical assays/operate medical devices and prototypes.
- Improve assay performance and Independent planning of root cause investigation of analyte signal.
- Drive or assist in product development and verification and validation activities; identify new uses and solutions and provide development recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date record keeping of documentation, equipment usage, R&D inventory.
- Job Specifications: Skills required (mandatory)
- Relevant experience for a minimum of 2 years in life sciences and/or pharma/biotech industry.
- Prior experience in Project management/ program management.
- Scientific background with a good knowledge in biology, medical devices and handling laboratory equipment.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline from an accredited college/university
- Strong Communication, Verbal and Written skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Additional:
- Project Management and Ability to work with cross functional teams logically and independently
- Sound knowledge in statistics and data analytics
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document, interpret and present technical data
**Qualification required**: Minimum Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology
**Experience required**:Minimum 2 years in IVD
**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
