**Assistant Marketing Person (On-Site)**

We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Assistant Marketing Person to join our on-site team. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our financial services.
- **Brand Promotion**: Help manage and grow the company’s presence in the local market, increasing visibility and engagement.
- **Content Development**: Assist in creating promotional materials, digital content, and other marketing collateral to support campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to assist in strategic decision-making.
- **Customer Interaction**: Support the marketing team in customer communication, assisting with follow-ups, feedback collection, and inquiries.
- **Event Coordination**: Help in organizing promotional events, seminars, and other marketing activities.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts and suggest improvements based on data.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- Ability to work on-site at our office in Rajasthan.
- Proactive, motivated, and ready to learn and contribute.
