**Head of Computer Science Department**

**Position Overview**:
Responsible for leading the Computer Science faculty, curriculum development, and technology integration in education while ensuring students gain essential digital skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**:

- Develop & implement the Computer Science curriculum.
- Introduce modern teaching methods (Coding, AI, Robotics, STEM).
- Promote hands-on learning, coding competitions & hackathons.

**Faculty Management**:

- Supervise & mentor Computer Science teachers.
- Conduct training sessions & oversee lesson planning.

**Technology Integration**:

- Implement digital tools, e-learning platforms & smart classrooms.
- Work with administration to enhance IT-based learning.

**Infrastructure & Resource Management**:

- Maintain & upgrade computer labs, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Manage IT budgets & software resources.

**Student Development**:

- Organize workshops, coding clubs & encourage participation in IT competitions.
- Guide students in research & innovation.

**Administration & Compliance**:

- Ensure IT policy compliance & maintain department records.
- Collaborate with other departments for tech integration.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT | 5+ years of teaching experience
Expertise AI, C, C++, Networking, SQL, Core JAVA
Strong leadership, communication & tech integration skills

**Reports To**:Principal**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
