We seek a skilled **Landscape Designer / 3D SketchUp Modeler** to create detailed **3D models** and **realistic renderings** for outdoor spaces. The role involves translating concepts into designs, ensuring accuracy in site details, elevations, and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop **3D models** and **landscape design concepts** in **SketchUp**.
- Create **photorealistic renderings** (Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape preferred).
- Produce **2D plans**, including **planting and material lists**.
- Collaborate with designers and clients, making revisions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **SketchUp** and rendering software.
- Experience in **landscape design, grading, and material selection**.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
