**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Make and submit Techno
- Commercial Proposals**
- **Preparation of Financial Statements**
- **Preparation of Work Papers**
- **Day to day communication with customers regarding payments & dispatches**
- **Able to use TALLY**
- **Able to manage Inventory**
- **Able to manage dispatches**
- **Daily follow-up with customer for Payment**
- **Daily follow-up with customer for Offer submitted**
- **Able to manage material ordering**
- **Able to review accounting**
- **Overseeing daily reconciliations and investigating/resolving issues as they arise.**
- **Good communication in English & Hindi**

Handling Backoffice with offer submission & followup, accounts activities like invoicing, Payment followup, preparing credit and debit notes, sales orders, stock take, handling stocks in tally, purchase and sales entries etc... Should have thorough knowledge in tally with technical education, MS office and good speed in typing.

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Job Location: Raipur

**Salary**:

- Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 8,000 based on experience

Qualification: diploma or graduation with tally knowledge.
