Preparing of budget in co-ordination with Project Head / Construction head, after getting estimates from Architects & Consultants.
- Preparation of cash flow for each project in consultation with Project Head / Construction head.
- Preparation of Construction Schedule and catch up schedule
- Preparation of tender schedule & tender document.
- Reviewing BOQ’s with value addition Engineering.
- Scheduling, organizing and attending tendering activities for techno commercial meetings & circulating all MOMs.
- Preparation of Contract document and work orders.
- Contract Administration including all aspects of Contract review, progress claims, variations, letting of Sub-contract packages and dispute resolution, Analysis of NT items, Verification of all above by visiting Sites, etc.,
- Handling of Claims, Variation order preparation, Negotiations and various Contract regulations.
- Familiar with interacting and coordinating with various Architects, Consultants, Government agencies, Investors / Partners, Contractors and Suppliers.
- Preparation and scrutiny of Construction method statements, Project plans and cash-flow statements.
- Preparation Regular project development cost reports and MIS reports on monthly basis.
- Providing of material requirement forecast on monthly basis.
- Certification of Non-Tender Items, Contractors running Bills and Purchase bills, with supporting measurements.
- Settlement of rates, bills, disputes with all working contractors and agencies in case of scheduled/ unscheduled works is consultation with Project Head / Construction Head.
- Implementation, documentation and evaluation of procedures to meet ISO 9001 requirements, entering all transactions in SAP.
- Periodically visit sites for assessing the execution of works as per design / drawings / contracts.
- Training of Sub-ordinates / Trainees as a Mentor.
- Other responsibility’s assigned by the Reporting manager.
