**Job Title**: System Integrator

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and build solutions that enable the **administration of Insurance and Investment products** using **FIS IPAS Configuration** capabilities.
- Understand user product requirements and **build compass system solutions** that enable the requirements in an efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
- Facilitates/participate in design sessions.
- Training of users and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Investigate system problems and correct them.
- Creating functional and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support to business users.
- Review test plans and the test book for each project release before User
- Acceptance Testing.
- Conduct systems testing to ensure that the design was aligned and designed according to the technology business requirement specifications.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Provide support for system testing.
- Document solution designs and communicate the designs effectively to users and other developers/ compass specialists.

**COMPETENCIES**

In depth understanding of **FIS IPAS/Compass**.

Good understanding of **investment and insurance products**.

In depth understanding of **FIS IPAS design principles**.

Understanding of relational database design principles.

Intermediate capability in **Oracle SQL**

**Excellent communication skills.**

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Goal-oriented, Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to balance efficiency and effectiveness.

Understanding of Agile delivery principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

- Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Worked with System Testing Team: 4 years (preferred)
- Knowledge of Banking Industry: 4 years (preferred)
- Prior exp in System Configuration/ Integration: 5 years (preferred)
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL: 5 years (preferred)
- Compass configuration: 4 years (preferred)
- Insurance Policy Administration Suite: 5 years (preferred)
