- **Project Management**: Organize and manage video files, timelines, and edits to meet deadlines.
- **Revisions**: Handle video revisions as requested by clients or team members and ensure final delivery meets quality standards.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficient in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, **After Effects**, **DaVinci Resolve**, or other similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video production, editing techniques, and storytelling.
- Ability to work with both short-form and long-form video content.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Good understanding of color grading, sound mixing, and video compression.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and video content that engages modern audiences.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Any graduate, preferably with a degree in Multimedia, Animation, Design, or related fields.
- Proven experience in video editing, either professionally or through personal projects.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and other video-based platforms is a plus.
- A strong portfolio of video editing work to showcase your skills and creativity.
