**Job Description: Social Media Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with customers, and creating compelling content. If you have a creative flair, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and publish engaging content daily, including text, images, reels, and videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and polite manner, while monitoring and addressing customer reviews.
- Oversee the design of social media accounts, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive brand presence.
- Propose and implement new features, promotions, and competitions to enhance brand awareness.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our business goals.
- Conduct research on current industry trends and target audience preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and design tools in social media.
- Set specific objectives and report on the return on investment (ROI) of social media efforts.
- Monitor and analyze SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content performance.

**Requirements**:

- Training will be provided.
- Excellent command of the English language with a polite and customer-oriented approach as you will be speaking to customers worldwide and across India.
- Possession of a Master's Degree (Post Graduates).
- Passion for working on various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, reel editing apps, and web design.
- Ability to deliver creative content, including text, images, reels, and videos.
- Understanding of online marketing channels.
- Analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Any postgraduate qualification.
