Must achieve Joinings per month/Quarter as per the requirement received from Business units
- Sourcing and screening CVs
- Good knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e.: LinkedIn etc.)
- Ability to validate job requirements and take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle.
- Ability to work independently
- Coordinating and follow-up for the Background verification process.
- Coordinate Induction and onboarding with the new joiners and the Management.
- Preparing MIS & dashboard reports
- Preparing File and Master data of new joinee
