Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with our brand identity.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and provide support during the development process.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards for fonts, colors, and imagery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Principle.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present designs and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Curiosity to continuously learn and explore new design techniques and technologies.
