We are looking to hire a CTI Expert in our Home Care South Asia team based in Mumbai:
Background & Purpose of the Job
This position is based out of Mumbai, Home Care South Asia CTI Team, supporting Home Care South Asia business that includes India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Some of the brands the roll will work are Surf Excel, Rin, Wheel, Sunlight, Vim, Domex and Comfort. The general purpose of the job is to work in multi-disciplinary business environment, providing critical link between R&D, CMI, Brand and market research agencies to provide CTI expertise for product testing/research. The job will involve insight generation for product improvement, new product opportunities, product testing to drive data driven business decisions.
We are looking for someone whose background is primarily in the Consumer Science/Market Research
**Job Description**:
- The role will be doing Consumer evaluation for home care products, this would include understanding business requirements, designing consumer tests, reporting results, and managing stakeholders. The study types can include both qualitative and quantitative testing which will span all types of consumer testing done by CTI such as Product testing, Pack testing, Claims testing etc.
- Understanding business needs and crafting the Consumer testing plans to help the business in achieving these objectives.
- Handling consumer testing from start to finish through
- Designing the brief, getting proposals from the agency, Commissioning the study, Designing the instrument for the study, and working on the report with the agency & cascading the results to the team.
- Working with project team, global counterparts, Consumer Market Insight (CMI) team & agencies to ensure seamless delivery on the project.
- Aligning with all CI (withing CMI and CTI) teams to have a single viewpoint on the Consumer testing plans as well as interpretation of the results.

- Brand managers, Technical Project Leads, Formulators, Global/Regional colleagues, CMI, Regional CTI teams, Market research agencies
Work Experience
- Consumer research and insights experience - worked on both qualitative and quantitative research with larger focus on the later.
- No of relevant experience - 3 to 5 years
