**About Tracxn**:
**About the role**:
We are seeking a UI/UX designer for our Design team at Tracxn to define the look and feel of the Tracxn platform used by our customers globally. This person would work with our existing design team in identifying and executing design requirements.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Closely work with Product Managers on customer focused responsive designs
- Study design briefs and understand the requirements
- Conceptualize UI based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the stakeholders
- Develop responsive designs using appropriate colors, fonts, layouts and aesthetics
- Take feedback from stakeholders and amend designs based on the feedback
- Take end-to-end responsibility of the design process
- Help in managing & improving the product design style guide
- 1 - 2 years of experience in designing UI for desktop and mobile apps
- Well versed in at least one of these tools - Adobe Illustrator / Figma /Inkscape / Sketch
- High Proficiency in responsive and interaction design
- Knowledge of typography, iconography, color, space, and texture to create a compelling visual experience
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- A portfolio of design projects
- Basic understanding of UX design, persona creation, user journey, usability testing and W3C standards
- Knowledge in web front end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript(this is good to have)
- Ability to work methodically in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore (post office resumes)
