**Job Overview**:
Wiser Foods is seeking a highly organised and proactive **Logistics Executive/Manager** to oversee the movement and storage of our frozen food inventory across India. This role is critical to ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining cold-chain integrity, and coordinating with transporters, warehouse staff, and sales teams, and international vendors

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily dispatches of frozen food products across Delhi NCR and Northern India
- Coordinate with cold-chain logistics partners and transport vendors
- Monitor vehicle schedules, route planning, and timely delivery execution
- Ensure cold storage protocols are followed during transport (IQF/IWP/BLOCK, etc.)
- Maintain and update logistics records, delivery challans, and stock reports
- Supervise loading/unloading activities to prevent damage or delays
- Track and resolve delivery-related issues with clients or partners
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to forecast stock movement
- Manage import operations and check all documents and communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Understanding of cold-chain logistics and perishable goods handling
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory software
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and stay calm under pressure

**Preferred**:

- Experience in FMCG or frozen food supply
- Familiarity with Delhi/NCR routes and regional distribution dynamics
- Knowledge of GPS tracking and delivery apps/tools

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
