**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Operate roll forming machines to produce components as per specifications.
- Set up the machine by adjusting rollers, guides, and cutting tools according to the product requirements.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the machine is functioning optimally.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards.
- Identify and rectify defects or irregularities in the output.
- Maintain records of quality checks and production metrics.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform regular maintenance of the roll forming machine to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during production.
- Notify the maintenance team of major repair requirements promptly.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load raw materials (e.g., metal coils) onto the roll forming machine.
- Monitor material usage and ensure consistent feeding during operation.
- Safely handle and store finished goods and unused materials.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor machine settings and adjust to improve production speed and quality.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of hazards.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate production logs, including details of shift outputs and downtime.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status and issues.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other operators, quality assurance teams, and supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of new techniques or equipment.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Understanding of roll forming equipment and processes.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints or technical drawings.
- Attention to detail for quality inspection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Work Environment**
- Operates in a manufacturing setup involving machinery noise and physical activity.
- Involves standing for extended periods and handling heavy materials occasionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
