**Job Title: Purchase Executive**
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹17,500/month
**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)
**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**

The Purchase Executive is responsible for **procuring materials, equipment, and services** as per CTAS requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This role requires strict adherence to company procurement policies and coordination with multiple departments.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Procurement Management**
- Source and purchase materials, tools, and office supplies as per CTAS requirements.
- Obtain **competitive quotations** from vendors and negotiate prices to ensure cost savings.
- Raise **Purchase Orders (POs)** and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with **stores, logistics, and accounts** for smooth procurement processes.

**2. Vendor & Inventory Coordination**
- Maintain and update the **approved vendor list** with performance records.
- Ensure materials are delivered **on time** to sites/offices.
- Verify invoices and GRN (Goods Received Note) before processing payments.

**3. Compliance & Process Adherence**
- Follow **CTAS procurement policies** for all purchases.
- Ensure purchases align with **budgetary guidelines**.
- Maintain digital/physical records of all transactions.

**4. Cross-Department Coordination**
- Work closely with:

- **Service/Project Teams** - for urgent material requirements.
- **Finance Team** - for payment processing and audits.
- **Admin Team** - for office supply procurement.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Education**: Diploma / Degree
**Experience**: 1-2 years in procurement (preferred).
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Excel (POs, quotations, vendor tracking)**.
- Basic knowledge of **inventory management software**.
- Strong negotiation & vendor management.
- Attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

**Work Conditions**
- **Office-based**:

- **6-day workweek** (Sunday off).
- **Reporting**: Daily updates to Purchase Manager.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 per month
