We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our team at Planyourworld. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Graphic Design:

- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Design engaging infographics, banners, and visuals that convey complex financial concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop eye-catching advertisements and promotional materials.

2. Video Editing:

- Edit video content for online courses, webinars, and social media platforms.
- Add animations, text overlays, and other visual elements to enhance video presentations.
- Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and devices.

3. Creative Content Development:

- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for visual content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop storyboards and visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging.

4. Software Proficiency:

- Proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.

5. Time Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Knowledge of financial concepts (preferred but not required).

- Utilize social media management tools to schedule and track the performance of social media posts, and generate reports on key metrics.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies to reach our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with social media policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and build strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Experience in content creation and curation for social media, with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling.
- Proficient in social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and connect with online audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new and innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
