- Help businesses establish themselves as local experts with well-researched, topical, and original written content
- Conduct in-depth research to develop valuable content assets
- Able to create and speak to reports outlining fulfilled services and proof of performance
- Deliver content in a timely manner while following white-label communication expectations
- Construct custom-written content based on specific objectives and audiences
- Provide exceptional customer service for our partners and their clients
- Maintain an ever-changing understanding of current content marketing trends and strategies

**The value you'll bring**
- 1+ years of experience in the writing-based role
- Digital marketing experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and emerging trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience

**Responsible for the following KPIs**

Blog posts and words completed

Blogs QA

Blogs revised

Blogs delivered

Webcopy words completed

Webcopy QA
