**Job Description**:
Enter and update data related to railway project activities, including personnel records, inventory information, financial transactions, and project documentation, into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update project databases, spreadsheets, and information systems with relevant data and records. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by performing regular data backups, audits, and validation checks.
Organize, store, and manage electronic documents, files, and records related to railway project activities, contracts, agreements, permits, and regulatory compliance. Ensure proper version control, access permissions, and document retention in accordance with project requirements.
