**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
a) Develop and implement effective offline marketing strategies to attract students and achieve monthly admission targets.

b) Utilize various offline channels, including local events, partnerships, community outreach, and other traditional methods to generate leads.

c) Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our educational

d) offerings and attract potential students.

e) Represent 99Notes EdTech at educational fairs, community gatherings, and other relevant events.

f) Identify and establish partnerships with local institutions, schools, and community organizations

g) to enhance student recruitment efforts.

h) Implement lead generation initiatives to create a robust pipeline of prospective students

i) interested in our programs.

j) Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the admission process.

k) Set and achieve monthly admission targets, aiming for up to 150 admissions per month.

l) Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the education sector to inform marketing strategies.

m) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop offline marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

n) Bring admission queries for 99Notes.

**Qualifications**:
a. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

b. Proven experience in offline marketing and student acquisition, preferably in the education sector.

c. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

d. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

e. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

f. Familiarity with the local educational landscape.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
