Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively work with developers to help them develop a product and solve their doubts.
- Understand customer demands, business drivers, and objectives, and translate them into efficient UI design
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile, tablets, and websites and continuously find ways to enhance designs and implementation.
- Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and practices.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams during the design process - from content to production - to create user flows,wire-frames, photoshop mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects.
- Work with startups and big clients as well as internal projects.
- Strong understanding of composition, color, imagery, and typography as it relates to marketing and design
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice throughout designs

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver Illustrator, InDesign, sketch, etc.) or equivalent software
- Familiarity with Responsive Web Design (RWD) techniques and tools
- Strong understanding of layout and design principles.

**Salary**: ₹37,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
