We have required Receptionist for our office at Bajirao Road office.
Job description is of Receptionist is mentioned below:
- 1. Voucher updation/Printing/Cutting/Joint proper receipts.
2. Inward/Outward DSC and Documents
3. Attend office phone calls (Landline/Mobile)
4.Arrange office boy on client place for taking DSC/Documents. Take proper
address/Contact number from staff and share to office boy.
5.Arrangement of evening snacks for staff. (Proper counting the persons (At 5.15
p.m.) decide the menu with HR as per our budget/Counting of proper
plates/bowls/spoon/Co-ordination with the person who provide the snacks
regarding the quantity of snacks.
6.When any partner will came/visited guest to our office inform to the pantry for
Water/Tea/Coffee. As well as if housekeeping lady is absent arrange the
Tea/Coffee from our regular tea person and maintain record for billing.
7. Maintain list of our Service provider.
8. Scan the documents as per the requirement of staff.
9. Maintain record of files with the help of housekeeping lady and office boy.
10.Distribution of stationery/medicines/letterhead/Front back pages and update
into the register.
11. Update coding of Laptop/Desktop
12.Take a stock of Housekeeping/Stationery as well as pantry material and
maintain proper list of required items
13.Co-ordination with partners directly regarding their important documents. If
14.When any person visited our office, take proper information from him. (His/her
name/Company name/His/her work/who is the concern person.
15. To help account person if required.
16. To maintain list of DSC and co-ordinate with concern person of CS Dept. (For
any Inward/Outward of DSC.)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
