Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality graphics and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with project goals.
- Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for review and feedback.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience 3+ yrs as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices.
