Civil Designer

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design concepts for construction projects, including buildings, structures, and infrastructure.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project constraints, such as site conditions, regulatory requirements, and client preferences.
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and models to communicate design ideas and concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Review and incorporate feedback from clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams into design revisions and updates.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to integrate specialized design elements, such as structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape components.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural and engineering design.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, for bidding and permitting purposes.
- Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and presentations to discuss design progress, issues, and solutions.**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Designer in the construction industry, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
- Strong design skills and creativity, with the ability to develop innovative and functional design solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software, such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max, is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
