**Position: Site Supervisor - Interior Designer**
**Experience - 2+ years**
**Budget - 20K to 25k**
**Location - M3M Urban Gurgaon**

**Overview**:
Inspecting Interior sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the laborers and subcontractors. Educating site workers and Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Ability to instruct as per design Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1). Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the project manager and design team to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
- Develop detailed work schedules and construction plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services required for the project.

**2). On-Site Management**:

- Supervise all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and finishing work, to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule, identifying and addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project requirements.

**3). Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, clients, and design teams, facilitating communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
- Work closely with the design team to address any design changes or modifications during the construction phase.

**4). Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that workmanship meets the highest standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to identify any defects or deficiencies, and coordinate remedial actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and change orders.

**5). Budget and Cost Management**:

- Monitor project expenses and expenditures to ensure adherence to the budgetary constraints.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies without compromising quality or safety.
- Review and approve contractor invoices and payment requests in a timely manner.
