**Job Summary**
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven individuals (both **freshers and experienced**) to join our Inside Sales team as **Academic Counselors**. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where you’ll guide potential learners toward the right career upskilling programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with **80-100 prospective students** daily via phone and video calls
- Understand individual education backgrounds and **career goals**:
- Provide personalized course recommendations and counseling
- Convert leads to enrollments and **achieve monthly targets**:
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups via CRM
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall conversion strategies
**Who Can Apply**
- Fresh graduates eager to begin a career in **EdTech, sales, or career counseling**:
- Strong **verbal communication skills in English & Hindi**:
- Motivated, energetic, and performance-focused individuals
**Qualifications**
- **Graduate** in any discipline (mandatory)
- Prior sales or EdTech experience is a **plus**, but **not required** for freshers
