Responsibilities:
- Administer standardized, one-on-one assessments with students on Speaking, Listening, and Reading skills.
- Use CEFR-aligned tools and rubrics to conduct and document student responses, particularly for the Speaking component.
- Operate tablet or any digital tools to collect and enter data accurately.
- Facilitate student comfort and engagement during the assessment process, especially for those with limited English exposure.
- Coordinate closely with Field Supervisors and Project Coordinators for scheduling and execution. - Attend a mandatory training session and demonstrate understanding of tools, protocols, and CEFR benchmarks.
- Ensure ethical handling of data and protect child rights and privacy at all times.
- Submit completed assessments and field reports as per deadlines and maintain regular communication with the District and central team.
Eligibility and Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Psychology, Social Sciences or related fields preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and understanding); CEFR B2 level or higher preferred.
- Prior experience in conducting assessments or surveys with children is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with young students in a patient, encouraging, and child-sensitive manner. - Willingness to travel to schools in rural and urban areas of Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat. - Familiarity with tablet-based assessments or basic digital literacy is necessary.
- Good interpersonal and observational skills; attention to detail critical Expertise in technology to manage/operate Tablet/laptop.
- Liaison and coordination with stakeholders with time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
