Female Butler

_**Role Overview**:_
Seeking an experienced, well-groomed, and highly organized Female Butler to act as Personal Assistant for a female UHNI client. The role is live-in and includes substantial travel. Main responsibilities center around PA duties as well as wardrobe management, ensuring seamless support and luxury service at home and while traveling.

- **Key Responsibilities**_

**Personal Assistant Duties**
- Manage the principals daily schedule, travel arrangements, and calendar
- Coordinate flights, visas, accommodation, and itineraries for both business and leisure trips
- Handle correspondence, calls, appointments, and event planning
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Act as the main point of contact between vendors, service providers, and the principal

**Wardrobe & Styling Management**
- Curate, organize, and maintain the principals wardrobe, accessories, and luxury items
- Seasonal wardrobe rotation, packing/unpacking for travel, inventory, and upkeep of clothing
- Provide advice on styling, grooming, and purchasing new fashion items
- Arrange for laundry, dry cleaning, repairs, and alterations

**Travel Support**
- Travel with the client as required, ensuring efficient logistics and comfort
- Pack, prepare, and manage all personal and wardrobe needs while travelling
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, ground transportation, and local contacts
- Ensure privacy, security, and comfort while away from home

**Household and Guest Services**
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service for the principal and guests
- Oversee house management for smooth daily operations, coordinate with other staff as needed
- Well communicated, refined, and presentable persona
- Must have completed Hotel Management course
- Prior experience in household PA, butler, or luxury hospitality roles preferred
- Excellent organization, discretion, and multitasking ability
- Confident with technology (calendar management, travel booking, messaging apps)
- Strong sense of fashion, grooming, and a meticulous eye for detail
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a varied schedule
- Trustworthy, loyal, and service-oriented

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
