Job Summary:
The sales Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. This includes managing sales orders, invoices, and contracts, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. The sales Admin is expected to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Generate invoices, track payments, and resolve any billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales data, and inventory levels.
- Prepare sales reports and provide analysis to support sales team decision making.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Continuously monitor and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
