**IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED - Location : Bannerghatta Road Bangalore**

Job Summary:
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to final enrollments. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the school’s programs and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inquiries from prospective parents and students about the school’s programs, curriculum, and admission requirements
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to increase enrollment conversions
- Assist with admission events such as open houses, orientations, and school fairs
- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective families to promote the school’s values and offerings
- Provide support in handling admissions-related queries and resolving any concerns
- Monitor and report on admissions statistics and conversion rates to school management
- Stay up-to-date with current admission trends and provide input to improve recruitment strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role (experience in the education sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with school management and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping students and families find the right educational fit
