**Job Description**:

- The Channel Partner Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with the company's channel partners. They serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support, guidance, and resources to ensure their success in promoting the company's educational courses. The Coordinator is responsible for facilitating smooth communication, resolving issues, and driving engagement to maximize partner performance and achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:

- Act as the main liaison between the company and channel partners, fostering positive relationships built on trust and collaboration.
- Provide timely responses to partner inquiries, concerns, and requests for assistance, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and offer relevant support and guidance accordingly.

Onboarding and Support:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring they have a clear understanding of program objectives, expectations, and resources available to them.
- Assist partners in completing enrollment forms, agreements, and any other necessary documentation, guiding them through the process as needed.
- Provide comprehensive training and orientation sessions to familiarize partners with the company's courses, target audience, and promotional materials.

Motivation and Engagement:

- Develop and execute strategies to keep channel partners motivated and engaged in promoting the company's courses.
- Regularly communicate with partners to share updates, incentives, and promotional opportunities, encouraging active participation and performance improvement.
- Recognize and celebrate partner achievements, milestones, and contributions to foster a culture of appreciation and loyalty.

Performance Monitoring and Feedback:

- Monitor partner performance against predefined metrics and targets, tracking key indicators such as referrals generated, courses sold, and revenue earned.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to partners based on performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with partners to develop action plans and strategies to address performance gaps and maximize results.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner information, activities, and performance metrics in the company's database.
- Generate regular reports and analytics on partner performance, trends, and program effectiveness to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies in handling partner information and sensitive data.

Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the channel partner program, soliciting feedback from partners and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in channel partner management to drive innovation and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, tools, and resources that enhance partner experience and program outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree OR PG.
- Fresher or Proven experience in sales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partners at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
