**Job Title: Interior Designer Project Manager**

**Position Overview**:
Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Kandivali

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Design Development**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that meet the client's needs and vision.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- **Budgeting and Cost Management**:

- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and proposals based on client requirements and project scope.
- Monitor project expenses, track costs, and identify opportunities to optimize budget allocation.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- **Project Scheduling and Timeline Management**:

- Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks and delays through proactive planning and communication.
- **Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and design expectations.
- **Team Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Lead and manage project teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to execute design projects successfully.
- Delegate tasks, provide direction and support, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment and synergy in project execution.
- **Quality Assurance and Project Delivery**:

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, design intent, and client expectations.
- Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, client walkthroughs, and documentation turnover.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 2 years (preferred)
- Project management: 2 years (preferred)
