**How to Apply**

Civil-Structural Designer (Draftsperson)
Position Code: CSD/2020

**Responsibilities**:

- Detailing the structural steelwork for equipment supporting structures including RC
detailing of super-structure and foundation systems pertaining to the power industry
- Coordinate and perform drawing/drafting work adhering to project requirements and
standard procedures and practices essentially to produce full-proof good quality
drawings including quantity take-off within stipulated timeframe
- Prepare or review concept design drawings for equipment based on input from various
technical disciplines
- Prepare or review fabrication drawings to be used by manufacturers to fabricate Holtec
equipment
- Assist design team members in their pursuit for timely execution of projects

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualification - Diploma in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structural
steelwork and rebar detailing for concrete structures
- Minimum of 10 years of experience using AutoCAD software to create both 3D solid
models and 2D detailed drawings pertaining to industrial structures at reputed
organizations
- Must have formal training in AutoCAD/SolidWorks software
- Must be conversant with Tekla Structure software for structural steel detailing

structure pertaining to the power industry
- Understand welding symbols and practices, applicable codes and standards
- Read and comprehend equipment layouts, piping GA drawing and isometric drawings
- Should have the ability to interface with other engineering disciplines
- Excellent attention to detail and capable of producing error-free documents
- Experience working with engineers and/or fabricators towards developing design

drawings following established quality procedures
- Handle multiple tasks and complete work in a timely manner with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Must be self-motivated, quality conscious, sincere, hardworking
- Must be resourceful, display creative skills and use a problem-solving approach for

handling engineering detailing issues
- Site exposure related to construction activities and project execution is an added
