**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and deployment of process integration initiatives, in alignment with stakeholders
- Own the training department with regular updates or process changes to Danfoss internal employees and externals (Outsourced service partner)
- Support in transformation of P2P process.
- creation, and update of standard operating Procedures.
- Justify and prioritize initiatives based on strategy and ambition. Formulate training plans including deliverables, planning and budget.
- Ensures end-to-end integration of all elements of the process, procedures controls etc.
- Drive trainings in relation to the global standards and methodologies
- Reaching out to business, ensuring all requests are appropriately and thoroughly resolved in a timely manner, and that the solution is received and acceptable to the business on process changes.
- Working in international environment with operational challenges across different time zone / Countries / departments.

**Background & Skills**:
