**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of security guards.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Train new security staff on company procedures, safety policies, and emergency response.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Enforce company rules, regulations, and policies consistently.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
- Maintain inventory of security equipment and supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
