**Role Overview**:
Kala Shree is seeking a passionate and innovative Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of our exclusive Indo-Western and Bridal Wear collections. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and has a deep understanding of contemporary and traditional fashion aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Development**:

- Conceptualise and design unique Indo-Western and Bridal Wear pieces, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern trends.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and samples to present design ideas.
- **Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on global fashion trends, fabrics, and embellishments.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitors' offerings.
- **Material Selection**:

- Collaborate with vendors to source premium fabrics, trims, and materials.
- Innovate in material usage to create distinctive designs.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with tailors, artisans, and embroiderers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for styling photoshoots and promotional campaigns.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Supervise production to maintain precision and adherence to design specifications.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Interact with clients to customise designs for bridal wear and special occasions.
- Present design concepts to potential buyers and influencers.

**Key Requirements**:

- A degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in bridal wear, Indo-Western, or ethnic wear design.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and handwork techniques.
- Excellent sketching and visualisation skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial appeal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
