JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Securely pack products and with shipping information.
- Load and unload items onto vehicles, ensuring secure transit.
- Inspect items for defects and verify order accuracy.
- Track packing materials and assist with inventory counts.
- Maintain packing/shipping records and complete shipping documentation.
- Follow safety procedures, including ensuring the safety of the store.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Transport items to designated locations and coordinate with teams.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Skills Required
- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately pack items and identify any defects.
- Organization: Skill in maintaining an organized packing area and tracking inventory.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Time management: Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other warehouse personnel.
- Safety awareness: Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Capability to keep the store clean and organized.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and address issues that arise during packing and loading processes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
