Job Profile

1. Sampling of raw materials samples, In-Process and finished good materials.

2. Preparation of checklist and material inward record of tested samples, and maintain record incoming new chemicals, and Glassware.

3. Testing of all starting materials including packaging materials, intermediate and finished products as per procedures defined in the standard operating procedures.

4. Preparation of standardization chemicals and reagents used in testing. Status labelling of Quality control instruments, Chemicals & Glassware.

5. Knowledge of GLP and GDP, Preparing analysis reports for all tested samples. Maintain records of Instruments logbook.

6. Performing stability testing to assess product stability.

7. Daily Calibration records of laboratory instruments and devices used in the testing.

8. Operation of Autoclave and Distilled water assembly, analysis of water.
