Position: Back Office Coordinator
Location: Pune
**Salary**: INR 15,000 - INR 25,000 per month
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely responses to inquiries, providing accurate information.
Data Management:
Enter and update data accurately into company databases.
Generate reports from data using Microsoft Excel for analysis.
File Maintenance:
Organize, store, and retrieve company documents both in digital and physical formats.
Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Customer Interaction:
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
Manage case closures by documenting outcomes and actions taken.
Follow-up and Case Management:
Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with team members to track case status and updates.
General Administrative Support:
Support other administrative tasks as required, including scheduling, booking appointments, and managing office supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Experience**:
Freshers with relevant internships or training in administration/office management are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
