**Description**:
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

**Roles**:
1. Interact with customers
2. Work on solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
3. Run customer referral program
4. Track and report relevant customer care performance metrics
6. Document the customer interactions key points
7. Take ownership of customer issues
