Key roles and responsibilities: Post : Accounts Officer
Immediate joiner Looking
1 Accounts Payable:
2 Handling vendor payments in compliance with regulations and in adherence to policies.
3 Ensuring timely processing of payment pertaining to the expense claims related to business
expenditure.
4 Reviewing the due for payment before running the actual pay cycle to avoid duplication of
payments to the vendors & also to capture exact payment amount & TDS amount their on
these payments.
5 Running the pay cycles.
6 Uploading the EFT Pay cycles on the Bank site & following up with the Bank for the Status of
the payments if required.TDS RETURN,Vat Return Filing, Service Tax ,Bank Reconcilition,Up
to Finilisation.Prepare C FORM & H FORM FOR PARTY and Balance Sheet,GST Sale
Purchase Return,HSN CODE AND SAC CODE,G.S.T REGISTRATION,Remuration to Patners
7 And Profit and loss,COMPUTATION OF TOTAL INCOME
8 Handling inter company transactions such as preparing inter company invoice & its
payment.
10 Running the TDS pay cycles for two of our entities & assisting in filling the TDS.
11 Bank Reconciliations. Handling the Bank reconciliations for two of our entities.
12 Transfer funds to two of our other entities & keep track on that.
13 Produced a variety of financial reports & uploading journal entries in People Soft..
14 Passing accrual entries every month & assisting in completion and maintenance of general
ledgers.
15 Assisting for preparing monthly Trial Balance.
16 Review the trend every month, also to check & correct the variance due to some entries which
have been passed incorrectly or to analyze, rectify the figures which are significantly changes
as compare to their last month figures.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
