**Job Title: Medical Sales Representative - Derma Skincare**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative (Product Consultant). In this role, you will play a critical role in expanding our market reach and driving sales growth for our dermatology products.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Effectively Market and Pitch Melblok products to Dermatologists and Allied Healthcare Professional (HCP).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs.
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to HCPs, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to confidently recommend Melblok products to their patients.
- Collaborate with the company's Chief Sales Officer.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline sales processes and enhance customer interactions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative sales strategies.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Lifesciences, or a related Science field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in premium dermatology sales with a proven track record of success
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Sales Ability and Emotional Intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English language
