**Job Summary**:
The Watch Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of watches. The role involves diagnosing and fixing mechanical and quartz watch issues, performing battery replacements, cleaning and calibrating movements, and ensuring watches are functioning accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and quartz watches.

Perform routine maintenance, including battery replacements and band adjustments.

Clean and polish watches, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Calibrate and test watch movements to ensure accuracy.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers about repairs and services.

Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.

Keep track of inventory for watch parts and accessories.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Watch Technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of watch movements, repair techniques, and tools.

Attention to detail and precision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with luxury or high-end watches.

**Working Conditions**:
Full-time position with regular working hours.

Work is performed in a clean, organized environment.
