As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales. You will be responsible for communicating effectively about our services, addressing customer queries, and closing deals over the phone.
- Make outbound calls to the prospective customer.
- Clearly and concisely explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Listen actively to customer needs and preferences, and address their questions or concerns.
- Build report with customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further follow-up by the sales team.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Accurately record customer information and call details in excel

**Qualification:

- Graduation only**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
