**Position**: Beauty Advisor

**Department**: Retail (Offline)
**Location**: Select Citywalk Mall, Saket - New Delhi
**Reporting To**: Store Manager / Retail Operations Manager

**Role Overview**

As a Beauty Advisor at Kimirica, you will be the face of our brand—offering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and recommending the right products. You’ll be responsible for driving in-store sales while delivering an elevated and personalized customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable skincare, bath, and body products.
- Understand individual customer needs and make personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Maintain store hygiene, product display standards, and stock levels.
- Handle billing and basic POS activities when required.
- Actively participate in store campaigns, new launches, and promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and build lasting client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and luxury retail.
- Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible with shift timings, weekends, and festive seasons.
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients and self-care trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
