**Job Title: Joinery Estimator**

**Location: Chokhi Dhani Furniture Factory, Mahindra Sez, Jaipur**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator to join our team for a furniture fit out project. The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with joinery work for furniture fit out projects, including materials, labour, and other expenses. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of joinery techniques and materials, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, and suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyse project drawings and specifications to understand joinery requirements.

Quantify materials needed for joinery work, including wood, hardware, finishes, and any other necessary supplies.

Estimate labour costs based on the scope of work, including fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing.

Research and gather quotes from suppliers for materials and subcontractors for specialized services.

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates using estimating software or spreadsheets.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to review estimates and ensure they align with project requirements and budget constraints.

Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions without compromising quality.

Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed to gather information and clarify project requirements.

Maintain organized records of estimates, quotes, and project documentation.

Keep abreast of industry trends, material costs, and labour rates to ensure competitiveness in pricing.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or similar role in the furniture industry. Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to use estimating software and MS Excel proficiently

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
